NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings will be held before the St. Croix County Community Development Committee at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM to hear and consider the following requests: Randy Sullwold requests a Conditional Use Permit to operate a self-storage facility, pursuant to St. Croix County Ordinance Section 15.285, on a 20.52-acre parcel located in the S ½, SE ¼, Sec. 4 T30N R19W, Parcel # 032-2016- 50-300, Town of Somerset. AND Justin Swoboda, requested a conditional use permit in the AG-2 Agricultural District, as required by St. Croix County Ordinance Section 15.345 (Major Home Occupation) to operate an automotive repair business, on a 3.423-acre property located at 204 162 nd St in Sec20/T28N/R17W, SW SW BEING CSM 27-6134 LOT 1 Parcel# 024-1028-40-100, Town of Pleasant Valley. AND Stephen Kaufman, agent for Alice Inc., requests a Conditional Use Permit in the R-1 Residential District, as required by St. Croix County Ordinance Section 15.322 of the zoning ordinance, and Section 15.285 Use Table, to establish a campground on a 42.63-acre property located at 712 170th Avenue, in Part of the SW ¼, and Part of the SE of the NW ¼, Sec 2 T30N R19W, Parcel # 032-2008-90-020, Town of Somerset.
