Minutes of Previous Meeting - October 13, 2025 Public Comment Business 1. "GPS before release" bond language policy discussion. JSS Director Galli started a discussion surrounding updating the language for GPS before release from jail. 2. Plea Sheet Agreement Follow-Up. DA Anderson discussed the possibility of implementing a plea sheet for those cases where applicable. 3. Firearm Surrender Policy Follow-Up. Pretrial Supervisor Hilden provided follow-up discussion of the firearms surrender policy. 4. Notice to Appear Updates. Pretrial Supervisor Hilden provided updates to the implementation of the new NTAs. 5. Automated Court Date Reminders. Pretrial Supervisor Hilden discussed using automated court date reminders locally. 6. Pretrial Staffing Updates. Pretrial Supervisor Hilden introduced Kari Kraft as a new pretrial case manager. 7.
