Minutes of Previous Meeting - December 11, 2025 Business 1. Convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute § 19.85(1)(f) to conduct a fact-finding hearing of a verified written complaint (charges) against a specific person which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such investigation. 2. Reconvene into open session to report and/or take action on items discussed in closed session.
