Minutes of Previous Meeting — January 8, 2026 Business 1. Resolution in Support of a Fifth Circuit Court Branch in St. Croix County Judge Needham gave background on the Resolution in Support of a Fifth Circuit Court Judge. Judge Nordstrand discussed the need to grasp this opportunity. Resident and local attorney Hugh Gwin made a comment in support of the resolution.
