Minutes of Previous Meeting — December 16, 2025 Minutes were accepted as presented. Public Comment Business 1. Financial Report for December 2025 Finance Director Dustin Hawkins discussed the financial report for December 2025. 2. Report on HHS Immunization Postcards HHS Director Bob Rohret discussed the updated changes to the HHS immunization postcards. 3. Resolution Establishing Compensation for Elected Officials for the Years 2027-2030 County Administrator Ken Witt discussed the resolution establishing compensation for elected officials for the Years 2027-2030. Motion: Motion to recommend resolution establishing compensation for elected officials for the Years 2027-2030. Motion: Motion to amend Article One, Section G.3.b. to read as follows: Upon close of application process, the County Clerk notify the County Board that application materials of the candidate(s) may be viewed in the County Clerk's Office and notify the County Board with any other information regarding the timeline for filling the vacancy.
