Tax Deed Land Appraisal Committee Minutes January 13, 2026 10:30 AM St. Croix County Government Center Government Center - 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 10:36 a.m. Roll Call PRESENT: Heather Amos, Denise Anderson, Christine Hines Approval of Minutes 1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - October 30, 2025 Minutes were accepted as presented. Public Comment None. Business 1. Review City of New Richmond and City of Glenwood City Properties. The invoice for cleaning of the New Richmond property was approved for payment. The bid received to remove carpet and pads from the home was also approved. The county clerk will contact the relator to see if any adjustment will be made to his recommended selling point after the carpet is removed. The county clerk will take the relator suggestion to the February Administration Committee meeting to set a value. Discussion was held regarding Glenwood City property. A decision was made to leave the property as is and present it to the Administration Committee to set a value in February. 2. Review Previously Acquired Properties.
