PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The St. Croix County Community Development Committee has scheduled public hearings for Thursday December 18, 2025, at 5:00 PM. at the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following requests under the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. The Committee may view the sites in question, after which the Committee will deliberate and vote on the requests. CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST APPLICANT: Cynthia and Cory Bazille Ref# CUP-2025-0246 LOCATION: Section 14, Town 30N, Range 16W PT NW NW CSM 22-5302 LOT 2, Town of Emerald, St. Croix County, WI. ADDRESS: 1587 250 th St. Emerald, WI 54013 REQUEST: Conditional use permit for a major home occupation within the R-1 Residential Zoning District, pursuant to Section 15.345 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. REZONING REQUEST APPLICANT: Christine Melby Ref# RZN-2025-0247 LOCATION: Parts of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ and the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 29, Township 31 North, Range 17 West, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin ADDRESS: 1549 200 th Avenue, New Richmond, WI 54017 REQUEST: Rezone 40.01 acres from the Ag-1 Agricultural District to the Ag-2 Agricultural District All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard.
