Family Treatment Court Updates. • Update by Attorney Patel - working on drafting manual; Referrals accepted beginning January 1, 2026; Judge Needham to backup Judge Waterman • CJCC - Child Welfare/Juvenile Justice Subcommittee will be serving as the oversight committee for FTC 2. Update on the Role of Substance Use Counselor Embedded in Family Treatment Court. • Discussion on Substance Use Conselor role 3.
