Discussion and possible action on convening into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1)(e) to deliberate regarding negotiating strategy in which competitive and bargaining reasons require with respect to a draft Ambulance Services Agreement with Lakeview Memorial Hospital for emergency medical services in the City of Hudson. 3. Reconvene into open session for negotiations and possible action regarding a draft Ambulance Services Agreement with Lakeview Memorial Hospital. 4. The Committee may reconvene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1)(e) for the purpose described in Agenda Item No. 2 and then reconvene into open session for the purpose described in Agenda Item No. 3, several times during the meeting. 5. Discussion and any possible action on a draft Ambulance Service Agreement with Lakeview Memorial Hospital for emergency medical services in the City of Hudson 6.
