TOWN OF TROY 654 Glover Rd Hudson, WI 54016 SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING held Friday, January 31st, 2025, 11:00 AM. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Doug Rowen at 11:00 AM who led the Pledge of Allegiance. Attendance: Town Chairperson Doug Rowen, Town Supervisors Lowell Enerson, Ray Knapp, Jan Cuccia, and Alicia Schneider. Clerk/Treasurer April Fredrick. Discuss and Consider Board Member Election Assistance: Chairperson Rowen moved to approve Lowell Enerson to work as Chief Election Inspector for the Spring Primary, February 18 th, 2025 and either a Chief Election Inspector or Election Inspector for the Spring Election, April 1 st, 2025. Supervisor Cuccia seconded. Roll Call V ote: Supervisor Knapp – Yes, Supervisor Cuccia – Yes, Chairperson Rowen - Yes, Supervisor Enerson - Abstain, Supervisor Schneider – Yes. Four Ayes, one abstains. Motion Carried. Supervisor Enerson moved to approve Chairperson Rowen to work as an Election Inspector for the Spring Primary, February 18 th, 2025. Supervisor Knapp seconded. Roll Call V ote: Supervisor Knapp – Yes, Chairperson Rowen - Abstain, Supervisor Enerson - Yes, Supervisor Schneider – Yes. Four Ayes, one abstains. Motion carried. Adjourn: Supervisor Enerson moved to adjourn the meeting. Supervisor Knapp seconded. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 11:06am.
