Chris was advised to call the Road Crew # when this occurs. Gruber also had a question if recreational fires had to be called into Dispatch. The Ordinance states that any fire ignited in the Town requires a permit unless exempted. • Peter Gess, 331 Soo Line Rd., had a question regarding the rezoning of 35 acres across the road from the Town Hall. A rezone has occurred from Ag Res to Commercial and a Planned Unit Development (PUD) is being pursued. Condo Garages would be the first units going in, with a group assisted living establishment to be looked at in the future. Gess also had a question regarding rules regarding having animals on your land and was referred to the Ordinance. • Art Feyereisen, 433 Sunset Lane, wondered how many landowners were involved in the Vistas Development and it was believed to be initially owned by Mark Sylla with possible partners. • Jessica Reeves, 446 Red Brick Rd., had questions regarding the annexation just south of the Rivercrest School. Chairperson Knapp explained that the Town only can provide comments during the Annexation process. • Kathy Enerson, 293 Townsvalley Rd., expressed concerns with possible annexations. • Ann Freund, 257 Cove Rd., thanked the Board for their work and expressed appreciation for the Carpenter Nature Center-Wisconsin Campus. The Center hosts a Bird Migration May 13th & 14th and will be having a Grand Opening of the new Visitor Center on July 16th.
