TOWN OF TROY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL TOWN MEETING BUDGET HEARING – Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing held on the proposed budget for 2023 at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15th, 2022 at the Town Hall. The proposed budget in detail is available from the Town Clerk at the Town Office during regular office hours, Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m or on the Town website at www.townoftroy.org . SPECIAL TOWN ELECTORS’ MEETING - Notice is hereby given that immediately following the 7:00 p.m. Budget Hearing on November 15th, 2022, a Special Town Meeting of the electors will be called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes: 1. To approve the Town Levy to be paid in 2023 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes; 2. To set Town Board Supervisors compensation as per WI Statute 60.32(1)(b); 3. To set Town Board Chairperson compensation as per WI Statutes 60.32(1)(b); SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING – The Town Board will meet immediately following the Special Town Elector’s Meeting. AGENDA 1.
