Roll Call Present: Alderpersons Nanette Mohr, Josh McCarthy, Deputy Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Henkel, Mayor James Beaton, Members Ron Lambrecht, Keri Hicks, Jerry Luther, Jake Seldt, Jeff Thelen, Art Bahr with MSA, and Public Debbie Rudie. Autumn Covert was excused. Open Meeting Law has been complied with. Public Input – Chairperson Mohr welcomed new member Ron Lambrecht and informed members that the USDA also provides Block Grants like the City and would be a good option when our funds are low. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Discussion and Possible action on minutes from June 13, 2018. MOTION: Luther/McCarthy Motion to accept minutes from June 13, 2018. Voice Vote: All Ayes. Steldt and Lambrecht Abstained- MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and Possible action on Financial Report MOTION: Lambrecht/Hicks Motion to accept financial report as printed. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes - MOTION CARRIED 3. Discussion and Possible action on community development with MSA- Jeff Thelen and Art Bahr from MSA presented TIF options for our community and gave information on grants. 4. Discussion and Possible action on community development plans MOTION: Lambrecht/Hicks Motion to approve MSA to confer with our auditors and to draw up a contract for the city to consider entering. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes - MOTION CARRIED 5. Discussion and Possible action on Nicolet Trail Campground a. Campground reservations –Leave Lay b. Sale or Lease of Campground and Advertising Sale- Leave Lay 6. Set Next Meeting Date- August 15, 2018 at 6:00 PM with Tourism and Marketing to follow. 7. Adjournment at 7:15 pm.
