CITY OF GILLETT PARKS & CEMETERY COMMITTEE MEETING Council Chambers – Municipal Building 150 N McKenzie Ave – Gillett, WI 54124 MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2019 FOLLOWING PUBLIC WORKS MEETING MINUTES Chairman Hubbard called the meeting to order at 5:25 PM. Roll Call Present: Alderpersons Sandy Hubbard, Matt Stroik and Josh McCarthy. Also Present: Deputy Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Anderson, Mayor James Beaton, Alderpersons Nanette Mohr, Marie Blaser and Irene Drake, and Public Works Foreman Shane Rank. Citizen Debbie Rudie. Clerk informs Committee that Open Meeting Law has been complied with and Roll has been taken. PUBLIC INPUT- None AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Discussion and Possible Action on minutes from January 31, 2019 MOTION: Stroik/Hubbard Motion to approve the minutes from January 31, 2019. Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and Possible action on Trailhead – Surveying needs to be done and with the snow it might be April or late April. We need to decide on an engineering firm and keep up on our list of items to get done. We contacted the electric company last month and waiting on them for next steps. We are waiting for contracts and pricing on footings. 3. Set Next Meeting Date- March 18, 2019 at 5:30 PM. 4. Adjournment at 5:35. MOTION: Stroik/McCarthy Motion to adjourn.
