Zoning Administrator Committee Meeting — Agenda

MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING ZONING ADMINISTRATOR COMMITTEE MEETING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2024 at 8:30 AM 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Steffeck at 8:30 AM. Roll Call: Kohlwey, and Steffeck . Also present: Trustee Schuettpelz, Trustee School, Clerk-Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher, Deputy Clerk Treasurer Pat Sleeter, Director of Public Works Jeff Tienor. Bengtson was excused. 2. Agenda motion to approve agenda made by Kohlwey and second by Steffeck. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Clerk-Treasurer. 3. Public Input: None. 4. Discussion and possible action on Variance Request for SMAC Building at Suring Public School or temporary animal housing - no action taken, no one from the Suring Public School was in attendance. Committee discussed concerns on animal waste and bedding leading to possible sewer problems. Committee to request School to give a walk-through of building and process and procedures on how items will be handled. 5. Discussion and possible action on updating/vacating unused alleys within the Village of Suring – no action taken. Clerk informed committee that Troy Strum came to Village requesting alley by his house be vacated. He wants to build a garage but lot size is issue. Committee suggests Strum contacting neighbor to purchase part of adjoining lot. Additional alleys were reviewed by the committee. 6. Discussion and possible action on Village Ordinance violations – no action taken; no new properties discussed. 7. ADJOURNMENT – next committee meeting – TBD.
