MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING ZONING ADMINISTRATOR COMMITTEE MEETING MONDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2024 at 8:30 AM 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Steffeck at 8:30 AM. Roll Call: Bengtson, Kohlwey, and Steffeck . Also present: Trustee Schuettpelz, Clerk-Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher, and Deputy Clerk Treasurer Pat Sleeter. Public: Mark Wichman 2. Agenda motion to approve agenda made by Bengtson and second by Kohlwey. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Clerk-Treasurer. 3. Public Input: None. 4. Discussion and possible action on Variance Request for 819 Miller Street – no action taken Mark Wichman inquired of the committee if he was able to place a storage shed or garage on 819 Miller Street. The committee explained that the ordinance states no garage/shed is allowed without a residence on lots in the Village. 5. Discussion and possible action on Conditional Use Request for 510 E Main Street for duplex status – no action taken. Ordinance states no dwelling units in business district; therefore, duplex status would not be allowed or approved. 6. Discussion and possible action on Village Ordinance violations – no action taken; no new properties discussed. 7. ADJOURNMENT – next committee meeting – TBD.
