MINUTES JOINT REVIEW BOARD VILLAGE OF SURING TID#2 MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2024 - 2:00 PM SURING MUNICIPAL BUILDING, LEARNING CENTER ROOM II 604 E. MAIN STREET, SURING, WI 54174 1. Meeting called to order by Village President Steffeck at 2:00 PM. Roll call: Leslie Steffeck, Village Board President (JRB) James Kohlwey, Village Board Trustee (alternate JRB) Kim Gruetzmacher, Clerk-Treasurer (JRB) Dr. Paul Orlich -Suring Public School (JRB) Al Sleeter – County Board Representative (JRB) Ben Andrews – MSA Professionals PUBLIC: Trustee Kramp, Trustee Nieling, Trustee Schuettpelz, Mike Steffeck, Pat Sleeter, Village of Suring Deputy Clerk-Treasurer ABSENT : NWTC Representation, and Frank Rasberry, Citizen 2. Review Proposed Project Plan and Boundary for TID No. 2 in the Village. Andrews addressed the joint review board and stated no changes were made to the plan from the first joint review board meeting to now. Motion to accept plan as presented was made by Kohlwey and second by Sleeter. All ayes. Motion carried. 3. Consideration and/or possible action on Resolution No. 09-2024, the Creation of Tax Incremental Finance District No. 2 – Motion to approve Resolution 09-2024 to create Tax Incremental Finance District No. 2 was made by Sleeter and second by Orlich. All ayes. Motion carried. 4. Motion to adjourn was made by Kohlwey and second by Sleeter. All ayes. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 2:04 PM.
