Zoning Administrator Committee Meeting — Minutes

MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING ZONING ADMINISTRATOR COMMITTEE MEETING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2024 at 8:30 AM 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Steffeck at 8:30 AM. Roll Call: Bengtson, Kohlwey, and Steffeck . Also present: Clerk-Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher, and Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Pat Sleeter 2. Agenda motion to approve agenda made by Bengtson and second by Kohlwey. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Clerk-Treasurer. 3. Public Input: None. 4. Discussion and possible action on August Notices for Violations. Clerk informed committee on status letters that have been sent, as well as update on citations issued by Chief per the committee’s prior meeting. Committee reviewed 722 E North Street and referred to Police Department for citation for noncompliance of ordinance notices. 5. Discussion and possible action on Village Ordinance violations – Committee discussed additional Village ordinance violations. 10 day notices to be issued via certified mail. Additional properties were added to list of properties to send first notice to. 6. ADJOURNMENT – next committee meeting – Monday, September 23, 2024 following the 8:30 AM Personnel Committee meeting.
