Zoning Administrator Committee Meeting — Minutes

MINUTES VILLAGE OF SURING ZONING ADMINISTRATOR COMMITTEE MEETING MONDAY, JULY 29, 2024 AT 9:00 AM 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Steffeck at 9:00 AM. Roll Call: Bengtson, Kohlwey, and Steffeck . Also present: Trustee Schuettpelz, Clerk-Treasurer Kim Gruetzmacher, and Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Pat Sleeter. 2. Agenda motion to approve agenda made by Bengtson and second by Kohlwey. All ayes. Motion carried. Open Meeting Notice statement made by Clerk-Treasurer. 3. Public Input: None. 4. Discussion and possible action on June and July Notices for Violations. Clerk stated that certified mail to Rob Braun with Suring Village Mobile Home Park has been returned as undeliverable. Committee reviewed June and July notice list. Committee determined new notices for the mobile home park should be sent and Police Chief to personally deliver the notices to Mr. Rob Braun. 10 day notices to be sent to the rest of the violations as presented. 5. Discussion and possible action on Village Ordinance violations – Committee discussed additional Village ordinance violations. 10 day notices to be issued via certified mail. Additional properties were added to list of properties to send first notice to. 6. ADJOURNMENT – next committee meeting – Monday, August 19, 2024 at 8:30 AM.
