This is an open meeting of the commissioners of the Little Suamico Sanitary District #1. Notice of this meeting is provided to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting and to all news media who have requested the same, as well as by posting. Meeting notices/agendas are posted at the Little Suamico Town Hall, Little Suamico Post Office, and Building Blocks Day Care. Please note, discussion or action on matters not on the public notice agenda are not permitted. See below for the process for placing a topic on the agenda. Open monthly meeting Call meeting to order. Approval of agenda a. Change in sequence. b. Removal of items Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s) as presented. Reading of correspondence 1. Maintenance and operations report: Update, discussion, possible action 2. Upgrade/replacement of valve(s) and other treatment plant needs with possible action. 3. Stub-lateral Greaves property East Frontage Road and update connections pending East Frontage and Lilly Lilac Road Sewer Extensions with possible action 4. Report from clerk/secretary, review expenditures with possible action 5. Set next meeting date.
