APPROVED MEETING MINUTES Little Suamico Town Board of Supervisors Special Meeting Little Suamico Town Hall, 5964 County Road S, WI 54171 TUESDAY, MAY 6th, 2025-4:30pm www.townoflittlesuamico.com Board Members Present: Dale Mohr, Liz Paape, David E. Pribyl, Penny Helmle and Lisa Glinski-Clerk/Treasurer Board Members Absent: Tracey Krumrei Others Present: 3 Meeting called to order at 4:30pm by Chairman Mohr. Mohr read the opening meeting statement. The agenda was properly posted to notice the meeting. Approval of Agenda a. Change in Sequence –None b. Removal of Items- None Helmle moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Paape. Motion carried, voice vote. 1. Local Road Improvement Plan, grant from WI Department of Transportation, for Flobengo Lane, authorize to go out for bids- Chairman Mohr went over the grant process and that grant funds have been sitting since 2020 from the Cross Road project. The Town received 2 grants that year and used the bigger one for Cross Road. Mohr explained that we need to use the grant funds, or they will take it back. This is a 50/50 grant so Chairman Mohr decided to go with Flobengo Lane as this road project will hopefully be less than $50,000.00 so the Town’s portion will be small. Flobengo Lane is also considered a 3 with the Paser, meaning this road needs work. An elector was in the audience that lives on Flobengo, and she stated there is a 40- foot cul-de-sac at the end of the road and that her driveway is used as a turn around. The board discussed looking further into this matter when this road work is complete as it can’t be included in this grant. There is a small cul-de-sac at the end which should be widened to 70 feet at some point as it currently is 40 feet in diameter. After discussion with the Town Board Pribyl motioned to go out for bids for Flobengo Lane, to pulverize, compact, roll and re asphalt, seconded by Helme. Approved by unanimous vote. Chairman Mohr went over the Paser map with the Town Board and discussed what the colors of the roads meant and that if they knew of bad roads to bring it to him as he will be getting bids from Oconto County. 2.
