Approved Meeting Minutes Little Suamico Plan Commission Special Meeting Little Suamico Town Hall, 5964 County Road S Sobieski, WI 54171 THURSDAY, November 7, 2024 – 5:00pm. Plan Commission Members Present: Liz Pappe, Elmer Ragen, Amber Fox, Kerie Karls and Doug Allen Plan Commission Members Absent: Dale Mohr, Brian VandenHeuvel Plan Commission Consultant Present: none The opening meeting statement was read, and the Little Suamico Plan Commission Special meeting was called to order at 5:00pm by acting chair Liz Pappe at the Town Hall. The agenda was properly posted to notice the meeting. CALL MEETING TO ORDER APPROVAL OF AGENDA a. Change in Sequence – None b. Removal of Items – None Motion to approve the agenda was made by Doug Allen, seconded by Elmer Ragen. Approved by unanimous vote. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING(S): Approval of minutes need to be moved to the next meeting due to unmet quorum of attendance. Kerie Karls and Liz Pappe were not present at the October 3, 2024, meeting and could not vote. CORRESPONDENCE: none BUSINESS 1. Ongoing Highway Corridor Study- Cedar Corporation Ken Jaworski from Cedar Corp for ongoing discussion Note to include agenda items for next plan commission meeting regarding setting dates for a Public Informational Meeting and a Public Hearing in order to amend the Comprehensive Plan. Note to send notice to highway corridor landowners of these meetings. 2. Announcements/General Information- none 3. Set Next Meeting Date- Thursday, December 5, 2024 @ 6pm 4.
