PROCEEDINGS – December 13, 2022 SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF ELECTORS 1. Call to Order - Chairman Gary VanLannen Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 Country Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and Soth Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman – Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor – Jeff VanEnkevort, Supervisor – Dennis Kroll; also present were Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek, and Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll. Others present: 3 2. Approve the Agenda: A. Change of Sequence – None. B. Remove Items – None. Motion by Kathy Blaies/Roger Blaies to approve the agenda. The motion was called and carried by a hand count all in favor 9-0. 3. Public Comments None. 4. Discuss and Approve Resolution # R-2022-11-01 Adoption of Town Tax Levy at Special Town Meeting of the Electors. Motion by Norbert Reinhard/Roger Blaies to Rescind Resolution #R-2022-11-01 Adoption of Town Tax Levy at Special Town Meeting of Electors. The motion was called and carried by a hand count all in favor 9-0. 5. Discuss and Rescind Resolution #’s R-2022-12-02 Adoption of Town Tax Levy at Special Town Meeting of the Electors. Motion by Norbert Reinhard/Roger Blaies to Adopt Resolution #R-2022-12-02 Adoption of Town Tax Levy at Special Town Meeting of Electors. The motion was called and carried by a hand count all in favor 9-0. 6.
