PROCEEDINGS - 12/13/2022 TOWN OF CHASE SPECIAL BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Supervisor – Jeff Van Enkevort, Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek 2. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag The Pledge was recited. 3. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. Motion by Kroll/Van Enkevort to approve the agenda. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 4. Discuss and Act on 2023 Town of Chase Operating Budget Motion by Kroll/Van Enkevort to approve the 2023 Town of Chase Amended Operating Budget. The motion was called and carried 3-0. 6. Adjournment Van Lannen adjourned the meeting at 7:35 p.m. until January 9th, 2023 Jeromy Delebreau/Clerk & Cindy Kroll/Deputy Clerk
