PROCEEDINGS – November 14, 2022 PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING 1. Call to Order - Chairman Gary VanLannen Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 Country Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and Soth Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman – Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor – Jeff VanEnkevort, Supervisor – Dennis Kroll; also present were Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek, and Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll. Others present: 9 2. Recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag 3. Approve the Agenda: A. Change of Sequence – None. B. Remove Items – None. Motion by Norbert Reinhard/Jim Mroczokowski to approve the agenda. The motion was called and carried by a hand count all in favor 9-0. 4. Present the official 2022 Town of Chase Operating Budget The Chase Operating Budget was presented. 5. Public Comments Norbert Reinhard asked what the Public Charges for Services are. Cindy Kroll stated that the charges are for Transportation, Recycling, Solid Waste, and the Cemetery. 6. Adjournment to Special Town Meeting of the Electors Motion by Roger Blaies/Norbert Reinhard to Adjourn to Electors Meeting. The motion was called and carried by a hand count all in favor 9-0.
