The meeting will be held in the Common Council Chambers at Marinette City Hall, 1905 Hall Avenue, Marinette, WI. The following items will be on the agenda: 1 . Call the meeting to order. 2 . Roll Call. 3 . Approve minutes of February 4 , 202 6 regular meeting (see attached). 4 . Public Hearing conducted pursuant to Marinette Municipal Code Chapter 465-75 (formerly, Marinette Municipal Code Section 13.03904). The purpose of which is to receive public comment on an application from Gregory Glova – Robert E. Lee & Associates, whose address is 1250 Centennial Centre Blvd., Hobart, WI 54155, to allow, as a conditional use, pursuant to Marinette Municipal Code Chapter 465-75, to wit: Article XII B-1 Local Shopping District 465-75 C onditional Uses 465-76 (R ) Car Wash Petitioner is requesting to adjust his Conditional Use Permit for a car wash. Currently the land has a house, garage and driveway on each of the two parcels located at 1217 Marinette Avenue, Marinette, WI 54143 located on Tax Parcel Number 251-02736.002 and 1215 Marinette Avenue, Marinette, WI 54143 located on Tax Parcel Number 251- 02736.003, which is currently in a B-1 Local Shopping District. Following the public hearing, the Plan Commission will take action on the request (see attached). 5 . Vote on an application from Gregory Glova – Robert E. Lee & Associates, whose address is 1250 Centennial Centre Blvd., Hobart, WI 54155, to allow, as a conditional use, pursuant to Marinette Municipal Code Chapter 465-75, a car wash onto Parcel Number 251-0 2736.002 , and 121 5 Marinette Avenue, Marinette, WI, which is currently in a B-1 Local Shopping District (see attached) . 6 . Discussion and possible action regarding a site plan submitted by Gregory Glova – Robert E. Lee & Associates,1250 Centennial Center Blvd., Hobart, WI for Turn 4 Car Wash, 121 7 Marinette Avenue, Marinette, WI, pending approval of C onditional U se (see attached). 7 . Discussion and possible action to recommend an amendment to the City of Marinette 2020-2040 Comprehensive Plan, adopted on November 2, 2021, based on a zoning application filed by Marinette County for Tax Parcel No. 251-01450.001 to amend zoning from I-1, Institutional and Public Services District to B-3, Community Business District. 8 . Discussion and possible action regarding a site plan submitted by Harris Miniature Golf for a miniature golf course and fence at T he Bear at Dome Lanes , 801 University Drive, Marinette, WI (see attached). 9 . Discussion and possible action regarding a site plan submitted by The Boldt Company, Appleton, WI for the new Marinette City Hall and Police Department, 2000 Mary Street, Marinette, WI (see attached). 1 0 . Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to amend the Marinette Municipal Code Section 465 Article XXXVII, Fences, Retaining Walls and Hedges for (H) Fences in all districts (see attached). 1 1 . Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to amend the Marinette Municipal Code Section 465 -318 General Definitions adding in definition for Animal Hospital, Animal Shelter/Pound and Vet Clinic (see attached). 1 2 . Discussion and possible recommendation to the Common Council to amend the Marinette Municipal Code Section 465-103, Conditional Uses , adding (F ) Animal Hospital/Vet Clinic (see attached). 1 3 . Discussion and possible action regarding future agenda items. 1 4 . Adjourn.
