The meeting will be held in the Common Council Chambers at Marinette City Hall , 1905 Hall Avenue, Marinette, WI. The followi ng items will be on the agenda: 1 . Call the meeting to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve minutes of Room Tax Commission from October 29 , 202 5 (s ee attached) . 4. Discussion and possible action regarding Room Tax Grant Application submitted by Lana Bero for Logging and Heritage Festival Committee with the event taking place on July 12 th and 13 th , 2025 at Stephenson Island. Requested amount of $ 10,000 (see attached). 5. Discussion and possible action regarding Room Tax Grant Application submitted by Brian Swenson for the Marinette Menominee Area Pickleball Association with the pickleball tournament event taking place between April 24-26 at the Community REC Center. Requested amount of $2,000 (see attached). 6 . Marketing and Tourism Update ( Marketing & Tourism Dir. Katzbeck) 7. Discussion and possible action regarding 2025 Room Tax Collections (Jackie Miller) 8. Discussion and possible action regarding Annual Audits on Room Tax Collections . 9 .
