Common Council President Dorothy Kowalski filling in for Mayor Geniso t called the Common Council “ Committee of the Whole ” meeting to order at 4 :00 P.M. in the Common Council Chambers at Marinette City Hall, 1905 Hall Avenue. 2. Pledge of allegiance. 3. Upon a call of the ro le, it was determined a quorum of Common Council members were present and the following attendance was recorded: Alderperson(s) Present: 1 st Ward – Ken Keller ; 2 nd Ward – Jeffrey Skorik 3 rd Ward – Doug Oitzinger; 4 th Ward – Mike Wolfe, 5 th Ward – Liz Mikutowski ; 6 th Ward – De bra Klegin ; 8 th Ward – Tom Karban and At-Large Seat (Citywide) – Dorothy Kowalski . Alderperson (s) Absent- 7 th Ward – Rick Polzin DISCUSSION TOPIC 4. Discussion regarding Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan (Mead & Hunt). Mead & Hunt representatives , Brian Carranza , Project Manager & Molly No rth, Multimodal Transportation Engineer ( Molly was present via teams meeting) were present to answer any questions the Common Council may have. The Common Council had an open discussion regarding the proposed draft Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan. No action was taken on the agenda item. The “ Committee of the Whole session adjourned at 5 :41 PM with a motion by Alderpersons Skorik /K eller seconded . Lana Bero , City Clerk
