Task Order No. 2026-4 for the WWTP Secondary Clarifier Collector Replacements Bidding and Construction-Related Services, as recommended by the Water & Sewer Committee. Personnel – April 27, 2026 • No recommendations for the Common Council. Ethics (Annual) – April 28, 2026 • No recommendations for the Common Council. Police Disciplinary Review (Annual) – April 28, 2026 • No recommendations for the Common Council. Fire, Lighting & Building – March 30, 2026 • Recommended Council approve the resignation of Firefighter/EMR Shawn Northrop. • Recommended Council approve the use of FAP funding and related donated funds for the purchase of a LUCAS mechanical CPR compression device and related Fire/EMS expenditures. Page 2 Common Council Agenda May 5, 2026 Streets & Drainage – March 30, 2026 • Recommended Council approve the purchase of 2026 Ford F-150 for the Streets Department from Ewald Automotive Group for $40,970.00 to be funded from the CIP Funds and the sale of the 2019 pickup truck to the Sewer Department. • Recommended Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the West Park Drive LRIP Construction Project Agreement for additional wetland designs and permitting at a cost of $4,880.00 to be funded from Street Construction. 8.
