MINUTES STREETS & DRAINAGE TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2026, 4:30 P.M. COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MUNICIPAL BUILDING Members present: Chair Robert Warren and Keith Klimek. Member excused: Joel Ahrens. Others Attending: Clerk-Treasurer Tammy Kasal and Public Works Director Matt Decur. Chair Warren called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Motion by Warren and seconded by Klimek to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried 2/0. Minutes: Motion by Warren and seconded by Klimek to approve the February 26, 2026 meeting minutes. Motion carried 2/0. Driveway Permit Application for Extreme Transportation & Warehouse at 921 Ogden Rd.: Public Works Director Decur presented a Driveway Permit Application for Extreme Transportation & Warehouse at 921 Ogden Rd. Ordinance limits driveways to 24’ and one per property. The application was reviewed and discussion was held on allowing two additional driveways at 60’ each. Motion by Warren and seconded by Klimek recommending Council approve the Driveway Permit Application for Extreme Transportation & Warehouse at 921 Ogden Rd. for two additional driveways at 60’ each. Motion carried 2/0. Streets & Drainage report: - Snow removal from the snow storm went well with no equipment breakdowns. - Additional snow removal and mailbox replacements will continue next week. Sod and driveway repairs will be done in the spring. - West Park Dr. construction project is expected to begin June 1, 2026. Other matters: None. Set future meeting: The next Streets & Drainage meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, March 22, 2026, 4:30 p.m. Motion by Warren and seconded by Klimek to adjourn at 4:37 p.m. Motion carried 2/0.
