PERSONNEL
TUESDAY – MARCH 17, 2026 – 1:30 P.M.
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MUNICIPAL BUILDING
Members present: Chair Brigitte Schmidt, Deborah Sievert, and Robert Warren.
Others Attending: Mayor Katie Berman, Attorney David Spangenberg, Public Works Director Matt
Decur.
Chair Schmidt called the meeting to order at 1:38 p.m.
Motion by Schmidt and seconded by Sievert to approve the agenda. Motion carried 3/0.
Meeting Minutes:
Motion by Warren and seconded by Sievert to approve the February 9, 13 & 17, 2026 meeting minutes.
Motion carried 3/0.
Employee Handbook:
The Committee continued reviewing and updating the current Employee Handbook. Work on the
handbook will continue at a future meeting.
Other matters: None
Set date & time of next meeting:
The next meeting was scheduled for Monday, March 30, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
Motion by Schmidt and seconded by Sievert to adjourn at 3:27 p.m. Motion carried 3/0.
