Call to Order 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve the Agenda. 4. Approve the minutes of the last meeting(s), November 21, 2024. 5. Review RLF/UDAG loans and payments. 6. Discuss/consider Updated UDAG Manual. 7. Discuss/consider Landmark financing. 8. Move into Closed Session per WI S.S. 19.85 (1)(e) and (f) to discuss and act on the following: A. Discuss/consider potential loans. 9. Reconvene into Open Session for any action as a result of the Closed Session. 10. Such other matters pertaining to RLF/UDAG as allowed by Law 11. Adjournment.
