COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MUNICIPAL BUILDING Please take notice that a MEETING of the Personnel Committee of the City of Peshtigo will be held at the above date, time, and place with the following items of business to be considered and possibly acted upon: 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve the Agenda. 4. Move into Closed Session per: WI S.S. 19.85(1)(f) Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations. And WI S.S. 19.85(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. And WI S.S. 19.85(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. - Consider specific personnel complaint. - Preliminary consideration of personnel issue. 5. Reconvene into Open Session for any action as a result of the Closed Session. 6. Such other matters pertaining to Personnel as allowed by law. 7. Set date and time for next meeting. 8. Adjournment.
