Please take notice that a MEETING of the Finance & Claims Committee of the City of Peshtigo will be held at the above date, time, and place with the following items of business to be considered and possibly acted upon:
Call to Order
Roll Call.
Approve the Agenda.
Approve the minutes of the last meeting December 16, 2025.
Review the disbursements.
Review RLF/UDAG loans and payments.
Discuss/consider Schedule of Appropriation Entries (handout-if any).
Discuss/consider Immel payment for City Hall roof repairs.
Discuss/consider CCCP quote for interim cybersecurity during IT upgrades.
Discuss/consider procurement checklist for CIP.
Such other matters pertaining to Finance & Claims as allowed by law.
Set date and time of next meeting.
Adjournment.
