MINUTES FINANCE & Claims TUESDAY – DECEMBER 16, 2025 – 12:30 P.M. COMMON COUNCIL, Municipal Building Members present: Chair Deborah Sievert, Brigitte Schmidt, and Robert Warren. Others Attending: Mayor Katie Berman, Clerk-Treasurer Tammy Kasal, Attorney David Spangenberg, Public Works Director Matt Decur, Parks & Recreation Director Lori Tonn, and Tony O’Neill. Chair Sievert called the meeting to order at 12:35 p.m. Motion by Sievert and seconded by Warren to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried 3/0. Minutes: Motion by Sievert and seconded by Warren to approve the December 1, 2025 meeting minutes. Motion carried 3/0. Disbursements: Disbursements were reviewed. Motion by Sievert and seconded by Schmidt to approve the disbursements. Motion carried 3/0. RLF/UDAG loans and payments: RLF/UDAG loans and payments were reviewed. Schedule of Appropriation Entries: Clerk-Treasurer Kasal presented December 2025 Appropriation Entries of $37,525.00. Adjustments were reviewed and discussed. Motion by Schmidt and seconded by Warren recommending Council approve the $37,525.00 December 2025 Budget Adjustments & Transfers. Motion carried 3/0. IT upgrades and services: Mayor Berman presented a quote from Camera Corner Connecting Point for IT upgrades. Discussion was held. Motion by Schmidt and seconded by Sievert recommending Council approve the quote from Camera Corner Connecting Point for $42,000 for Microsoft 365, Defender for Endpoint, and Intune setup and implementation. Motion carried 3/0.
