MINUTES PERSONNEL WEDNESDAY – JANUARY 21, 2026 – 9:00 A.M. COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MUNICIPAL BUILDING Members present: Chair Brigitte Schmidt, Deborah Sievert, and Robert Warren. Others Attending: Mayor Katie Berman, Clerk-Treasurer Tammy Kasal, Attorney David Spangenberg, Police Chief Fred Popp, Rob Hulce, and Randy Ingram-WPPA. Chair Schmidt called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Motion by Schmidt and seconded by Sievert to approve the agenda. Motion carried 3/0. Closed Session Motion by Schmidt and seconded by Warren to move into Closed Session per: A. WI S.S. 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session:  WPPA/Leer Peshtigo Police Labor Agreement. Motion carried 3/0. CLOSED SESSION 9:01 a.m. – 11:55 a.m. Motion by Sievert and seconded by Warren to move into Open Session. Motion carried 3/0. No action taken as a result of closed session. Other Matters: None Set future meeting(s): The next Personnel meeting was scheduled for Monday, February 9, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. Motion by Sievert and seconded by Warren to adjourn at 12:01 p.m. Motion carried 3/0.
