PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2026 – 4:45 P.M. COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MUNICIPAL BUILDING Please take notice that a MEETING of the Personnel Committee of the City of Peshtigo will be held at the above date, time, and place with the following items of business to be considered and possibly acted upon: Call to Order Roll Call. Approve the Agenda. Approve the minutes of the last meeting(s), January 8, 2026. Move into Closed Session per: WI S.S. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the purpose of: Consider appointment of interim Chief and conduct exit interview with outgoing Chief to assess and evaluate specific personnel issues, options to accomplish operational continuity, and to discuss the specific personnel traits and abilities needed or recommended in an interim and/or replacement Chief. Reconvene into Open Session for any action as a result of the Closed Session. Such other matters pertaining to Personnel as allowed by law. Set date and time for next meeting. Adjournment.
