Call Meeting to Order: Chairperson Wortner called meeting to order at 6:00pm. 2. Approve/Amend Agenda: Friday motion to approve agenda/Second by Buchman. Motion carried with 5 yes. 3. Approve Minutes of the November 15, 2023 Meeting: Buchman motion to approve minutes/Second by Wortner. Friday, LaCourt, and Morois abstained (not present). Motion carried with 2 yes. 4. Announcements: Chairperson Wortner welcomed Vice Chair Friday and Eric Morois to their first Plan Commission meeting. 5. Topic(s) to be discussed: a. Chapter 60 of Code of Ordinances, pertaining to Zoning: Plan Commission created a recommendation to present at the public hearing and to the Town Board. See attached. 6.
