Approve Agenda: Meeting called to order at 12:00pm by Chief Folgert. Lou Ann Seils motion to approve agenda/Second by Dale Edlbeck. Carried with 5 yes. 2. Approve Minutes of October 12, 2022 Meeting: Jim Meyer motion to approve/Second by Dave Buechler. Motion carried with 5 yes. 3. Election or re-election of commission officers: Lou Ann Seils motion to re-elect Karen Sylvester as Fire Commission Chair/Second by Jim Meyer. Jim Meyer motion to elect Dave Buechler as Fire Commission Vice Chair/Second by Lou Ann Seils. Both motions carried with 5 yes votes. 4. Proposed changes/additions to the Policy and Procedure manual for: a. Eligibility and hiring policy changes: Karen Sylvester motion to approve changes/Second by Lou Ann Seils. Motion carried with 5 yes. b. Add new fire auxiliary policy: Lou Ann Seils motion to add fire auxiliary policy/Second by Dale Edlbeck. Motion carried with 5 yes votes. c. Add new fire chaplain policy: Jim Meyer motion to add fire chaplain policy/Second by Dale Edlbeck. Motion carried with 5 yes. 5. Capital Improvement Planning update: Chief Folgert gave update. 6. Adjourn: Lou Ann Seils motion to adjourn at 12:51pm/Second by Dale Edlbeck. Motion carried with 5 yes votes.
