MONDAY, JULY 21, 2025 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING Meeting was called to order by Chairman Scott Darnell at 6:35 Roll Call: Present were Chairman Scott Darnell, Supervisers George Schumer and Ginny Hodal Motion made by Schumer to go into closed session PER WI STATUE 19.85(1)(c) CONSIDER EMPLOYEES COMPENSATION/WAGES/BENEFITS/EVALUATION:. Seconded by Hodal. Roll call Vote: Darnell aye, Schumer aye, and Hodal aye. Meeting went into closed session at 6:40 Discussed agenda for a meeting to replace Clerk and Treasurer. Roll call vote to reconvene into open session. Darnell aye, Schumer aye, Hodal aye. 7:10 returned to open session. No motions were necessary Adjournment : Motion made by Schumer to adjourn. Seconded by Hodal. Roll Call: Present were Chairman Darnell, and Supervisor Schumer. Absent: Supervisor Hodal. Motion to Appoint Ginny Hodal as Acting Clerk with Power to Sign on all 3 Bank of Mauston Accounts & CD made by Schumer and seconded by Darnell. Motion carried Aye-2 Adjournment : Motion made by Schumer to adjourn and seconded by Darnell. Adjourned at 11:15 am.
