TOWN OF NECEDAH REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING TOWN HALL - 101 CENTER STREET THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2019 @ 6:30 PM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular board meeting of the Necedah Town Board will meet for the purpose of the following agenda items:  Financial Matters Review Checks for Payment  Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance  Roll Call  Acceptance of Agenda  Public Comments*  Approval of the Minutes: September 9, 2019, Regular Town Board, & September 30, 2019 Special Board Meeting-Budget Workshop  Approval of the Treasurer’s Report: September 30, 2019  Road Supervisor Report  Constable Report  Approve updated GEC Agreement for Municipal Plan Examination and Inspection Services with new Fee Schedule  Approve purchase of new Imagecast election machine  Update on Health Insurance  Update Employee Personnel Policy & Procedure Manual  Update Road Supervisor Job Description  Approve the 2020 Budget for the paper  Amend 2019 Budget to Actual Expenses as of 10-10-2019  Next Month Meeting Date, 2nd Monday of Month, was changed due to conflicts with Taft & Hodal, so will be Monday November 4, 2019 at 6:30 pm, with the Budget Hearing at 7:00pm and the Special Elector Meeting following budget hearing  Adjournment *Public Comments – as per the Open Meeting Law this is the opportune time to bring up any concerns or comments one may wish the board to consider at a future time, items brought up cannot be acted on by the board at this meeting.
