TOWN OF NECEDAH REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING TOWN HALL - 101 CENTER STREET MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2020 @ 6:30 PM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular board meeting of the Necedah Town Board will meet for the purpose of the following agenda items:  Financial Matters Review Checks for Payment  Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance  Roll Call  Acceptance of Agenda  Public Comments*  Approval of the Minutes: September 14, 2020, Regular Town Board Meeting & September 29, 2020 Budget Workshop  Approval of the Treasurer’s Report: September 30, 2020  Road Supervisor Report  Constable Report  Jack Akers/Secluded Land Company 40 acres Subdivision  Approve the Split of Parcel # 290281458 back to the Original 2 parcels # 290281458 & 290281485.26  Approve Cold Storage Building for 2021  Approve Operator License for Roadhouse: o James Yerke o Danna Anderson  Combine Clerk & Treasurer into one position or Keep as two Positions  Raise for Clerk position  Approve the 2021 Budget for the paper  Next Month Meeting Date, 2nd Monday of Month, November 9, 2020 at 6:30 pm with the Budget Hearing at 7:00pm and the Special Elector Meeting following the Budget Hearing  Adjournment *Public Comments – as per the Open Meeting Law this is the opportune time to bring up any concerns or comments one may wish the board to consider at a future time, items brought up cannot be acted on by the board at this meeting.
