purpose of the following agenda items:
• Call to Order
• Approval of the 2023 Annual Minutes
• Financial Report of 2023
• Open to Floor for Business
• Set next Annual Meeting in 2025, usually the 3rd Tuesday of
April (April 15, 2025)
• Adjournment
