1 MONDAY, JUNE 10, 2019 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: May Checks # 14952 - 14957 & Jun Checks # 14958– 14994 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:35pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, Road Supervisor Leo Schultz and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present 7 residents. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as presented, with the addition to write-off the 2017 Personal Property of Brian Nutter, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: Bill Stark wants reclamation of property on Shrine Road north south not getting road aid for it does not meet our Ordinance 10 legal road information to be on July agenda a 117 ft x 33 ft area. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Hodal to approve the May 13, 2019 Regular Town Board Meeting, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Schumer to approve the Treasurer’s May 31, 2019 report as presented, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: We did tree clean up after the wind storms, spread 5 loads of patch, put breaker rock on 11th Ave to open it up, and grading the gravel roads. Also we were ditching off of 27th St & Cty Rd G, and 18th St & Cty Rd G and hopeful this month the culverts for Shrine Rd will come. The wedging will be done later. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with 9 incident, including carp dumping, ATV issues, dirt dump in road and property checks. RESCIND ORDINANCE NO. 94-3 IT IS ABOUT “BUSINESS CONTINUATION FOR LICENSEE”: Motion by Schumer to rescind Ordinance No. 94-3 it is about “Business continuation for Licensee”, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. 2 APPROVAL OF LIQUOR LICENSES FOR 2019-2020: o MILO M BRICK, D/B/A WOODBINE INN o EASTWICK CORP, D/B/A THE REEL INN o ROADHOUSE PUB & GRUB LLC o BRIAN P MILLER, D/B/A WILDERNESS INN o STAR ROUTE MOTEL AND LOUNGE INN Motion by Hodal to approve the five (5) above named businesses for their 2019-2020 liquor licenses, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF PICNIC LICENSE FOR QUEEN OF HOLY ROSARY SUMMERFEST ON AUGUST 17, 2019: Ginny Hodal abstained due to involvement with school. Motion by Schumer to approve Queen of Holy Rosary Summerfest picnic license for August 17, 2019, seconded by Taft and carried aye-2. APPROVAL OF OPERATOR LICENSE FOR 2019-2021: JOANNA OHALLORAN- YERKE@ROADHOUSE: Motion by Hodal to approve the 2019-2021 operator license for Joanna OHalloran-Yerke@Roadhouse, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. WRITE-OFF 2017 DELINQUENT PERSONAL PROPERTY OF BRIAN NUTTER: Motion by Schumer to write-off the 2017 delinquent personal property of $96.00 for they did not buy until October of 2017 so this is an incorrect charge, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, JULY 8, 2019 AT 6:30 PM: RECONCILATION OF CHECKS & DEPOSIT FOR JANUARY – MAY 2019: OK ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Hodal to adjourn at 7:05 pm, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3.
