1 MONDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2019 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Jan Checks # 14774 - 14777 & Feb Checks # 14778 – 14826 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:36pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Road Supervisor Leo Schultz was excused from meeting. Also present was non-resident Jake Star-Times Reporter. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: None APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Schumer to approve the January 14, 2019 Regular Town Board Meeting, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s January 31, 2019 report as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: He was absent, but mainly snowplowing. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with 1 incident, and property checks. ROAD TOUR & ROAD BID OPENING: Tabled NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, March 11, 2019 at 6:30pm: ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Schumer to adjourn at 6:44 pm, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3.
