1 MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2020 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Aug Checks # 15608 – 15611 & Sept Checks # 15612 – 15642 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:34 pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, Road Supervisor Leo Shultz, and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present were 2 residents. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: Nice job on the roads. Question on the sale of Nayder property. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Schumer to approve the August 10, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s August 31, 2020 report as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye- 3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: Ditching done on Sprague-Mather Rd, 9th Ave, 23rd St W, & 27th St W., refabricating the muffler and battery box, transmission filter changed big project. Mowing with the bat wing was faster and did more area, saving 125 hours. 16 beavers were trapped on Little Yellow River project, looking to do trapping in northern area. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with 14 incidents, ATV warnings, trash/garbage issues, search for missing person, gunfire complaints & property check. APPROVE 16 POLLWORKERS SPLIT SHIFT & SPLIT POLL BOOK FOR NOVEMBER 3, 2020 ELECTION: Motion by Hodal to approve 16 pollworkers split shift for November 3, 2020, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. ADD MEGAN MICKELSON TO THE 2020-2021 POLL WORKERS LIST: Motion by Schumer to approve adding Megan Mickelson to 2020-2021 poll worker list, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. APPROVE OPERATOR LICENSE FOR WILDERNESS INN LLC, TONI WEBER: Motion by Hodal to approve operator license for Toni Weber at the Wilderness Inn, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. 2 BUDGET WORKSHOP DATES SET: Tuesday September 29, 2020 at 6:00pm for Budget workshop RECONCILIATION OF 2020 CHECKS & DEPOSITS JAN – AUG 2020: ok NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, OCTOBER 12, 2020 AT 6:30 PM: ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Schumer to adjourn, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3, at 7:10 pm.
