1 MONDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2020 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Nov Checks # 15735 – 15737 & Dec Checks # 15738 – 15771 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:33pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, Road Supervisor Leo Schultz and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present were 6 residents and 1 non- resident James Newlun from Camp Douglas Ambulance. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: James Newlun of Camp Douglas Ambulance spoke about working with New Lisbon prison contract. They have increased the number of PPE protection gear for the EMTs. The service is stable and moving forward financially. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Schumer to approve the November 9, 2020, Regular Town Board Meeting, November 9, 2020 Public Budget Hearing and November 9, 2020 Special Town Meeting of Electors, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s November 30, 2020 report as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: Brush mowing 16th & 17th Ave to Armenia. We put up rack on wall for tire chains in the shop. The Sprague/Mather tree cutting done and still working on the ditching it is a 1 ½ miles long and the water is running good there. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with 2 incidents: car in ditch and property check. APPROVAL OF NECEDAH FIRE & RESCUE 2021 CONTRACT: Motion by Hodal to approve the 2021 Necedah Fire & Rescue contract for one year for $45,212.52 as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. 2 APPROVE BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS TO 2020 BUDGET: Motion by Hodal to approve the list of budget adjustments to 2020 budget as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, JANUARY 11, 2021 AT 6:30pm: ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Schumer to adjourn at 6:55 pm, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3.
