1 MONDAY, AUGUST 10, 2020 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Jul Checks # 15572– 15576 & Aug Checks # 15577 – 15607 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present were 4 residents and 1 non-resident (Jack Akers). ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Schumer to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: None APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Hodal to approve the July 13, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Schumer to approve the Treasurer’s July 31, 2020 report as presented, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: Leo’s road report of: patching, maintenance of equipment, beaver dams, grading, ditching on 27th St W, 23rd St W, Sprague-Mather Rd, & 9th st, & wedging on 28th St W, Sprague-Mather Rd, 20th st & 9th Ave will be completed this week. . CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with 6 incidents, ATV’s, issues mowing grass onto roadway, dogs, tree down, burn out ruts & bee stings & property check. PROPOSAL OF NAYDER’S 80 ACRES SUBDIVISION: Motion by Hodal to approval Secluded Land company LLC getting subdivision of 20 lots from the Nayder 80 acres which included 3 flag lots and that Secluded Land Company will put in the minimum of a leveled driveway approaches of 26ft length along roadway x 8 ft wide and 4” inches of gravel for the approximately 11 shared driveways for the 20 lots, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. APPROVE 6 POLLWORKERS SPLIT SHIFT FOR AUGUST 11, 2020 ELECTION: Motion by Hodal to approval 6 poll workers for August 11, 2020 election, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. 2 APPROVE CAMP DOUGLAS AMBULANCE 2021-2022 2 YEAR CONTRACT:George Schumer abstaining since on board. Motion by Hodal to approval the 2year contract 2021- 2022 at $30.00 per person, seconded by Taft and carried aye-2. RENTAL OF STORAGE SPACE FOR HIGHWAY EQUIPMENT: Motion by Schumer to approve the use of the MVP Building (old Best Power) for 2 pieces of equipment to be store up to a maximum of $540.00, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. APPROVE OPERATOR LICENSES FOR WILDERNESS INN LLC:  JULIE LEAMONS, AGENT  TRAVIS LEAMONS  PAMELA LOUIS  KENDRA WHITE  BERNARD ARNOLD Motion by Hodal to approval the 5 above named persons for operator licenses, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, SEPTEMBER 14, 2020 AT 6:30 PM: ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Schumer to adjourn, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3, at 7:30 pm.
