1 MONDAY, MARCH 8, 2021 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Feb Checks # 15910– 15914 & Mar Checks # 15915 – 15949 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:32 pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present were 10 residents. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: Jim Starr VFW Commander spoke about the state Highway 21 Purple Heart Designation Project, he is looking for support. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Schumer to approve the February 8, 2021 Regular Town Board Meeting, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s February 28, 2021 report as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: Doing brush mowing, maintenance on the vehicles, and tree cutting. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable had nothing to report but did do property checks. SET DATE FOR ROAD BID OPENING AND ROADS SELECTED TO BE DONE: Set date for opening bids May 10, 2021, sealed bids back by 6:30pm and will be open at May 10 Town board meeting. The roads were not selected. INTERNET: Bug Tussel has a price list for the internet coming into the area. 27TH AVE CABIN RESORT: Motion by Hodal to have parcel 290281965 separated into resident and commercial and follow ordinance 10, seconded by Schumer and carried aye- 3. APPROVE 6 POLL WORKERS FOR APRIL 6, 2021 SPRING ELECTION: Motion by Schumer to approve 6 poll workers for April 6, 2021, seconded by Hodal and carried aye- 3. 2 SET OPEN BOOK FOR WEDNESDAY MAY 12, 2021 3:00PM TO 5:00PM AND BOARD OF REVIEW MONDAY JUNE 7, 2021 3:00PM TO 5:00 PM: Dates ok. SPRING ELECTION TUESDAY APRIL 6, 2021 7:00AM TO 8:00PM: TOWN ELECTOR ANNUAL MEETING APRIL 20, 2021 AT 7:00PM: SEPT – DEC 2020 RECONCILIATION: ok NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, APRIL 12, 2021 AT 6:30 PM: ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Hodal to adjourn at 7:10 pm, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3.
