1 MONDAY, JUNE 14, 2021 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: May Checks # 16045 - 16049 & June Checks # 16050– 16092 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:37pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present 4 residents. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Schumer to accept agenda with the addition for operator licenses for Ronald Johnson, Mary Mead & Amy Ganhs all at Roadhouse, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: None APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Hodal to approve the May 10, 2021 Regular Town Board Meeting and June 8, 2021 Board of Review Meeting, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Schumer to approve the Treasurer’s May 31, 2021 report with the correction of Disbursements for May as $3,097.61, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: The road report listed ditching done on 27th St w & Bewick & 11th St, put recycled blacktop on the parking at shop, culverts, patching, lights in new section of garage all done, a third done with mowing and drainage ditch mowing done. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with ATV issues, removed deer carcass, and property checks. APPROVE 2021-2022 LIQUOR & BEER LICENSES FOR ROADHOUSE, WOODBINE INN, WILDERNESS INN, REEL INN, & STAR ROUTE: Motion by Hodal to approve the five (5) above named businesses for their 2021-2022 liquor licenses, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. APPROVE 2021 PICNIC LICENSE FOR QUEEN OF HOLY ROSARY SUMMERFEST AUGUST 28, 2021: Ginny Hodal abstained due to involvement with school. Motion by Schumer to approve Queen of Holy Rosary Summerfest picnic license for August 28, 2021, seconded by Taft and carried aye-2. 2 APPROVE OPERATOR LICENSE FOR MARK GROOTHOUSEN, DENNIS GERKE & ALYSSA FUNK @ REEL INN: Motion by Hodal to approve the 2021-2023 operator licenses for Mark Groothousen, Dennis Gerke & Alyssa Funk @ Reel Inn, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. UPDATE JUNEAU COUNTY OUTDOOR RECREATION PLAN: No plans NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, JULY 12, 2021 AT 6:30 PM: ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Schumer to adjourn at 7:00 pm, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3.
